If you receive "Outlook MAPI Issue" Error during conversion from Exchange EDB to PST, then you must check some important cases and follow the instructoin to fix your self Outlook MAPI Issue.
See below resolution of all above 4 Cases-
CASE 1) - First Check MS Outlook Installed on your computer
Resolution - MS Outlook is required for successful conversion because Enstella Exchange Recovery Software uses internaly in conversion. So if you have not installed MS Outlook, then first install MS Outlook in your computer and then make the conversion process.
CASE 2) You may not have any Outlook profile.
Resolution - Check, you have a working Outlook profile.. Follow these below steps

CASE 3) Outlook Bitness.
Resolution - Please install the right version of Enstella Exchange Recovery software according to your machine configuration. See the below--

CASE 4) Register one of DLL file (Redemption.dll) properly not registered on your computer.
Resolution - After installing Enstella Exchange Recovery Software, Software itself tried to register one of DLL file (Redemption.dll) in your computer. But in some cases these DLL (Redemption.dll) file not properly register in your computer, so you have to receive "Outlook MAPI Issue" error.
